The Administration’s refusal to defend the Defense of Marriage Act is yet another blatant infringement of the sovereignty of the individual state. Someone please explain to the American people what is unconstitutional about allowing the citizens of the states to determine how they view marriage. Different states will likely hold very different viewpoints. Is diversity so short-sighted?
