I am a former high school teacher. I can never image a circumstance where I would fraudulently obtain a doctor’s excuse to march in protest. Apparently, some Wisconsin teachers have a new lesson to teach their students: march first then find a doctor to give you an excuse. I have only one question for these individuals: If you feel this strongly about this issue, are you not willing to suffer the consequences for defending your convictions? Is not a dock in pay small price to pay for standing up for your beliefs? Actions always speak louder than words.
